Ingredients : Red Tomatoes (Ripe & firm ) 2 Nos Cucumber Peeled 1 No Onion small 1 No. Lemon juice 1 Tbsp. Salt & Pepper pwd to Taste. Method : Dice the veges into even sized cubes. Sprinkle Salt,pepper & mix well. Squeeze Lemon juice & serve Chilled. Salad: 1 Medium Cucumber peeled and sliced 2 medium sized tomatoes cut into wedges 1 small red onion sliced very thinly Dressing: 1 ½ ounces cider vinegar 4 ½ ounces olive oil or canola oil 1 tablespoon of honey salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and mix with the salad 30 minutes before service. 2-3 cucumbers 3-4 tomatoes 3/4 c cider vinegar 1/4 c rice vinegar 1 red onion (yellow onion works as well) 2-3 T garlic powder 2-3 green onions 1-2 T fresh ground pepper 1-2 Leaves of fresh Basil 3-4 cloves garlic
